Freewheelin'! I know I know.

Yesterday during my commute I listened to Bob Dylan's first album -Bob Dylan. This morning his second-Farewellin'. I was struck by the above line from the song "Bob Dylan's Blues" as being perfect for living in New York City and even more perfect for you Staten Islanders given nascar's advances.

Congestion Pricing? I don't understand why there is any debate. I advocate a flat $20 (or more)for any private auto entering any of the 5 boroughs.
